Located in Newport Beach’s resurging Tech Zone, 1501 Quail was purchased by Howard CDM’s longtime client Bixby Land Company, who envisioned Avalon, a state-of-the-art multi-tenant office complex highlighting Southern California’s near perfect climate. The two-story, 45,000 SF building was extensively renovated to include a new building entry façade and lobby, a new 2nd floor open air atrium, common area corridors, and demising separate office suites with new exterior pop-outs and private patios.
