Louis Vuitton, the maker of high-quality leather goods and fashion products, chose Howard CDM to transform an 112,500 SF vacant warehouse in Irwindale for their U.S. Manufacturing facility location. The scope of this tenant improvement project consisted of the:

• Conversion of 57,500 SF of existing warehouse to manufacturing space and 13,500 sq.ft. to manufacturing support space.
• Remodel of 2,800 SF of second floor office space.
• Addition of a 3,765 SF leather storage room with supplemental cooling and humidification.
• Construction and installation of new steel racking system to support fabrication of equipment.
• Furnish and installation of new electrical switchgear, distribution, lighting, raceway and circuitry, compressed air piping, and comfort cooling HVAC equipment.
